ROUND #4, MONACO, SPRINT RACE: PURE EMOTIONS

No words to describe my emotions! Well… but if I really had no words I couldn't have written this article!
Knight Louis fought with Antoine Hubert, a French driver who has Louis' third name as his surname, and the young and handsome Chinese Guan Yu Zhou. They were separated by less than a second! That's why I love motorsport: every detail counts and might do the difference! Lou couldn't find the speed to overtake Antoine, but he ended on the podium! I'm so proud of you, baby! As I'm used to, I write you his time: 1:26.694.
Au revoir!

ROUND #4, MONACO, FEATURE RACE: 2019 ODYSSEY ON THE TRACK

What a race! The start was aborted, so our heroes had to do another formation lap…
After 20 laps, the younger Kaiser, Miss Tatiana and our little soft kitty Louis, during a battle on the track, collided and caused a yellow flag, which then turned into a red flag.
When the race was restarted, Louis fought with Juanito Manuelito and tried to overtake him, but the Russian Cossack Artëm, who took Jordy's place only for this race due to the Englishman's Indianapolis commitments, defeated Lou.
Samurai Nobu setted the fastest lap, and Jack the Almond-Shaped-Eyed Prince Charming was sent to the wall by Raghu.
Quick Nyck took the win, followed by my compatriot Luca and… by Samurai Nobu! #NipponPower LouLou ended 8th with a time of 1:26.106.
Wait… DID HE ENDED 8TH?!? YES, YES! It means that tomorrow LouLou will start FROM POLE POSITION! YAHOO! I hope he won't get penalized…

ROUND #4, MONACO, QUALIFICATIONS: FROM A TO B

Let's see what happened during qualifications…
The best driver in the Group A was Callum (Me Maybe) Ilott, and the best in the second group was Quick Nyck, who obtained the pole position too.
Mon petit LouLou ended 5th in his group, scoring a time of 1:21.936. Seems like he's getting used to street circuits… and Nobu ended 5th too, but in Group B.
See you tomorrow for Race 1!

ROUND #4, MONACO, FREE PRACTICE: WHAT A SURPRISE!

Salut à tous! Bienvenue à Monaco, la ville la plus glamour du monde!
If you know Louis and if you've been reading this blog since its inception and beginning you know that Louis is not an ace on street circuits, but in the Monaco Free Practice he ended 8th, scoring a time of 1:22.980! Unluckily, Samurai Nobu was not as lucky as him… he ended 18th.
As you know, when F2 arrives to Monaco there are two groups for qualifications. Louis, having an odd number on his car, is in the Group A, while Nobu, who has an even number, will attend the qualifications in the Group B.
See you this afternoon!

YOU DON'T NEED TO HAVE A ROYAL BLOODLINE TO BE A PRINCE

This morning I woke up with a very sad news: the legendary Niki Lauda, aged 70, passed away due to kidney problems. I send my condoleances to the Lauda family.

This evening at the Louis II Stadium, in Monaco, like every year, the Nazionale Piloti charity match was held. There were many drivers who race in F1, F2, GTs… some names? The local hero, the Prince Charles Leclerc, the French Pokémon Pierre Gasly, Sir Lando, Quick Nyck, Carlitos El Matador, various Italian Goodfellas such as LuckyLuca Ghiotto and Ricky Agostini… and, above all… Louis Charles Hubert Delétraz, known also as LouLou, Lulino, Lulippo, Lupello, Lulello, Luppolo, or simply Lou. And the stadium has his same name, too!
The match was won by the Monaco Star Team, whose captain is Prince Albert II. However, the real Prince of the match was Charles, who was crowned as the best player!

ROUND #3, SPAIN, SPRINT RACE: QUICK (TIME) NYCK

After an amazing Sunday spent in Monza, a day filled with racing, emotions, fun and meetings, let's review the F2 Sprint Race.
Quick Nyck took the win, followed by Goodfella Luca and Call(um) Me Maybe Ilott. There was again bad luck for LouLou, who ended 11th with a time of 1:33.227.
Samurai Nobu's car took fire, but he didn't take a fire extinguisher to quench the flames by himself as his compatriot Taki Inoue did back in 1995.
See you in 10 days for the races who will take place in Leclerc's living room!

P. S.: Today in Monza I met Andrea Piccini, JDD's former teammate as well as Louis' manager. I'm so happy I met him after chatting on Instagram, and he was happy too!

ROUND #3, SPAIN, FEATURE RACE: DAYS OF THUNDER, DAYS OF SPARK

Today was a day of thunder. No, I'm not talking about the 1990 movie starring my beloved Tom Cruise! Here in my hometown there was a terrible thunderstorm while I was watching the F2 Feature Race and I was very scared… but now the situation is improving.
Mr Contact Lenses won again, followed by two almond-shaped eyed beauties, Jack and Guan Yu Zhou.
Freckles-it-Ralph leaded the race for some laps, but he "kissed" Samurai Nobu's wheels.
And Louis…? He ended only 12th with a time of 1:37.196.
As many of you might know, tomorrow I will be attending ELMS in Monza, so I will write the Sprint Race review in the evening.

ROUND #3, SPAIN, QUALIFICATIONS: 14 IS MY NUMBER

The number 14 has been "persecuting" me since I was a child. When I was attending elementary school, it was my number on the school register. When I was 14, I went through experiences that made me understand what my heart was beating for.
And the 14th position is the one from which Lou will start in the Feature Race. 1:28.869: this is his time. On Instagram he wrote that during the Free Practice his car had electronical issues.
I make a bow to Luca the Goodfella, who will start from pole position.
See you tomorrow!

ROUND #3, SPAIN, FREE PRACTICE: LUCA EL MATADOR

¡Bienvenidos en Barcelona, where art, culture, fun, movida and good weather mix themselves giving birth to a fascinating cocktail!
But this is not a travel blog, we are here to review the Free Practice Session of the Second Round of this exciting FIA F2 season.
Unfortunately our Louis didn't start his weekend in a good way: he scored the 16th time of 1:31.060. He will improve in qualifications, I'm sure of this.
The nice Hispano-America Juan-Manuel Correa spun off track on turn 16, causing a red flag, and the Russian Cossack Nikita and the Japanese Samurai Nobu-kun went under investigation. My Italian pride arose for another time, as Luca the Goodfella was the fastest of the session. I'm also happy for my friend Guan Yu Zhou, who did it to the 4th position.
See you in 2 hours for the Qualifications!
